Bethany officially joined Folia as Operations Manager in 2021, transitioning from her career in healthcare and philanthropy. With her background in social work and fine arts, Bethany brings a diverse skill set to Folia—helping to manage our dynamic, creative team, and keeping the business running smoothly. 

Bethany is devoted to bringing good things forth in the world, and loves supporting the team as they breathe life into beautiful garden experiences across New York City. Bethany finds inspiration in the mountains, the magic of herb gardens, and the creative energy of her co-workers. Her favorite outdoor space in New York City is a bench on the Brooklyn Promenade, where she’s shared many a morning croissant with her daughter.

Bethany holds a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Art History and Fine Arts from the University of Maryland.
