Chicago native Lucas takes immense satisfaction in taking a piece of raw wood and crafting it into a beautifully honed product. A second-generation carpenter, Lucas followed in his father’s footsteps and soon graduated from rough framing to fine carpentry and detailed, highly intricate woodwork. 

As our construction manager, Lucas oversees the team of carpenters and craftspeople in our Brooklyn studio and on our project sites. Lucas’s talented team produces incredible one-of-a-kind custom hardscaping elements, including fencing, paneling, lighting, and electrical.

Lucas loves that Folia projects and clients allow him to focus on the finest quality and craftsmanship—creating luxurious, custom elements, cabinetry, and furnishings that will stand the test of time. 

Lucas is drawn to  the intersection of art and science, and his passion for the natural world extends to his keen interest in astronomy.
