Sandy came to Folia from a background in residential arboriculture, supporting the care and maintenance of trees and other plants throughout the city, so she knows the love—and logistics—it takes to keep NYC’s gardens growing! At Folia, she works to keep our teams equipped with the latest technology, tools and information they need to bring beautiful spaces to life.

Musician, mom, and nature lover, you can find Sandy strolling in Ft. Greene park with her toddler, or in music venues all over the city, where she performs as a drummer and percussionist. Sandy holds degrees in journalism and music business from NYU.
